Her messy work life
Everyone was full of expectation that the new management would come out with some new strategy and re-arrangement. Yet the months that past by proved otherwise....
She was one of those that were affected... or rather everyone was... with the new launch of systems, managing styles... many of her co-workers could not tolerate that kind of torment any longer and raise their little white flag.
This worsen the already messy situation bringing more stress, work load to the rest of the survivals… what is intolerable was the abysmal leaders that merely know how to ‘help’ verbally asking their subordinates to keep a positive mind and work hard through this chaos, while they appear to be very stress everyday, asking you for a little talk session but disappearing from office before 5.30pm. Goodness… no wonder she can’t stand it anymore.
All those so call high managing heads merely know how to work with their mouths, she don’t see them putting down their position, leveling down to help and salvage the crisis. They probably don’t know how to do the work. All they can do is to apply what they study in theory, and what they THINK would best work out. Come on… face the reality.
STOP putting those airs and think that you leaders are GOOD. If you are really that good, then why are you employing all the wrong people and allowing the potential ones to leave…
Looks like it is meeting its doom soon… it’s a sad case that she have to leave… but if she don’t feel appreciate, what’s the point. If she has to go through all the internal politics that the leaders are flaunting with and she got to end up being the victim for that battle, it defeats all the purpose.
Yours truly is way behind you… if it’s only torture, yours truly would stand by you… or maybe depart with you. For yours truly believes that only when you are happy, and when your heart is with the corporation would you be able to maximize productivity and potential.
