Bacelona Trip (1st July)

Dear Diary,

Gee...when to work at the NTUC media event on CPF at TPY hub. This was oredi the second day...Lets not talk abt work ...Will update on tt in another post...

Was very excited cuz will be meeting up with the gals to go support our new fren Shane and his band performing at this coolz pub called Bar-celona along MS between Double O and Newsroom bar.

I've asked Ryan along and Larry says he might be coming since it sounded happening... Eve popped me an SMS to says the MSN guy Tongli whom i introduce to her is going to...

OK...finally work was over and i made my trip to somerset to meet the gals...ya...Selvin n the audio guys offered to give me a lift..but...nah..got to meet the gals..so no pt..

Nway i reached early so went to John little to shop...bought myself a speg top..ha...ya..can wear for work..gee...went back to the station...still early..the gals started to pop me msg to say they will be late...O as usual...

Tong li arrived shortly..Err...I was a little taken aback to be honest...ya..Didnt quite reognised him, but cuz Eve told me abt it..so my 6 sense jus tells me tt he's Tongli...ya..So anyway, i was right lar..Nothing to say..ha... Eve arrived followed by Ryan and Ade...

We went to take bus...to MS...thanks to Larry for the instruction..ha... otherwise, we'll not get there if they were to follow me..ha...i got no sense of direction...SOTONG!

Ya..while waiting for Bus, duhz Miss Eve was talking to Ade throughout..and didnt bother to entertain the 2 guys...and make me do the job...Gee...Ryan was ok..at least we know each other..so not much problem engaging in a conversation, but Tongli didnt know anyone of us..and i bet he came cuz of Eve too..hee..and my dear gal didnt even bother to talk to him...aiyo..terrible...

Nway, reached there meet up with pretty Vanice outside Double O and proceed to the Bar. Wat a coincidence, Eve knows another member of the band. Cant remember his name though ha.

The Band were superb. They were trying Jazz...they were coolz...they play rock, pop, Bossa, oldies..u name it! U guys shld really check them out man. The members are cute too...Their Band name is Reverie. U should really check them out in the site. Did i tell you i Love their logo!!! Gee...so artistic...Jus capture my attention...Jus a little publicity here, u can check them out at BarCelona every Frday Evening at 10pm tp 1am. Trust me, they are one of the beta bands u can find around, dun believe? I dare you to Go listening it for urself and prove me WRONG!

The Band in Action!

Ya another coincidence was that, Ryan knows Shane and Larry cuz they stays in same hall. Small world ya... Ryan's fren came. One of them by the name of Darryl looked familiar, he found me familiar too..but we cant really find any place where we cld have meet b4 but since he was in MPE in NTU before too so we concluded that we cld have seen each other in campus bah... though he was one year my senior. Singapore aren't tt big afterall..haha...

After the first round of singing, Larry reached and Shane comes over to the table to join us. Vanice and Me get the band to sing a song specially for us..ha..ya..we actually requested for "Lonely" but they were not familiar with the song i guess...ha...actually it was a demanding request from our part cuz part of the song was computer edited...in away...nway, they did a cool Maroon 5 song for us instead...Ya..Love it very much too.

Ade as well as Ryan and His fren left earlier, leaving us with only Eve, Vanice, me, Larry and Tongli. Throughout the night Eve was talking with Vanice, Tongli probably felt left out..since he was sitting beside Eve who didnt entertained him. Ha...Guess, we all know why lar...*No comments*

AS for me, I was chatting with Larry since he was sitting beside me ... I had to salute him, very knowledgeable. I was impressed though he was lame at times... We tried to entertain Tongli (who was completely neglested by the gals...o well, gals as usual when they are engaged in a conversation, nothing else matters) but he was too far away and our conversation were drown by the band...I offered him to sit over beside Larry so that Larry can entertain him..but he rejected so..too bad..Nway, it's equally cool to be entertained by Shane and his band, so bet he had enjoyed himself too. I certainly was mesmerised in the songs...

Cuz Eve dun cheong very often and she always slps early, she was so tired...and Larry offers to drives us gals home since we all stayed in the west. TL stayed in a different direction so ya..too bad.

After that i went out for supper before reaching home at 4 plus 5am i think. Gee..cuz i got to reach TPY at 7am the nx morning so i played games on the net and after a bath and 2 mugs of coffee, drove to work...

Gee...it was a fun time...Thanks Shane for the entertaining music, u guys rocks! Thanks Larry for the lift home....
